Terms and Conditions TRUST YOUR DRIVER GMBH
General Information
The terms and conditions of TRUST YOUR DRIVER are a part of every agreement and contract made with TRUST YOUR DRIVER.
Conclusion of the Contract
Upon receipt of a written confirmation of the order by the customer via e-mail to an offer made by TRUST YOUR DRIVER, the customer enters a binding contract. This contract will be confirmed or rejected by TRUST YOUR DRIVER as soon as possible via e-mail. The contract is only valid with this reconfirmation by TRUST YOUR DRIVER.
Terms of the Contract
An offer is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Additional distances covered and waiting periods will be charged. Shorter distances or travel time have no bearing on the invoice to which the customer has agreed. In the event the journey takes longer than originally planned due to extenuating circumstances, such as traffic, traffic jams, or accidents, it will not cause any additional costs for the client. Children under the age of 12 or shorter than 150cm, as well as animals/pets or additional luggage must be registered in advance or we reserve the right to cancel the booking and fully charge the client.
Cancellation Fees and Tardiness of the Customer
There is no cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. A cancellation between 24 and 4 hours before commencement of the contract results in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. A cancellation of 4 hours or less prior to the commencement of the contract or a non-appearance will result in 100% of the total cost. Waiting periods caused by plane delays or by the customer will be charged according to the waiting times price table which you can find on TRUST YOUR DRIVER. The driver will wait for the customer 2 hours in principal. Should the customer not contact the driver personally during that time, the contract will be cancelled and the total plus waiting time will be charged to the client.
Behavior in the Vehicle
The passengers must keep their seatbelts fastened at all times. Children under the age of 12 or shorter than 150cm must be in a child seat with a seatbelt on. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. Disorderly conduct/destruction of property may result in the immediate unloading the passengers and charging them with the costs of the damage. Any damage caused by the passengers within the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
Liabilities and Warranty
TRUST YOUR DRIVER is not be liable for delays and follow-up costs, caused by extenuating circumstances, traffic jams, accidents, excessive traffic, breakdown or false information regarding destination or pick-up. TRUST YOUR DRIVER is not liable for thefts committed during the absence of the driver and the passengers. TRUST YOUR DRIVER is entitled to change the terms and conditions at any given time without further announcement. The legal domicile is Zurich. State of affairs 2017.
Payments and Payment Terms
We accept the credit cards listed, and cash in CHF and Euro on-site in the vehicle. A payment via bank/post transfer or with credit card must be made no later than 10 days after the contract has been entered.
